AFFILIATE PROGRAM TERMS

Welcome to the Escort Alley Affiliate Program. These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in our affiliate program. By joining, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. PROGRAM ELIGIBILITY

• You must be at least 18 years old to participate
• Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Escort Alley reserves the right to reject any application

2. COMMISSION STRUCTURE

• Standard Signups: $0.15 per verified registration
• Premium Upgrades: 7% of package purchases
• Featured Listings: 10% of placement fees
• Recurring Earnings: 5% on renewals

3. PAYMENT TERMS

• Minimum payout threshold: $50
• Payments processed within 7 business days after request
• Available payment methods: PayPal, Bank Transfer, Cryptocurrency
• 90-day cookie tracking window

4. PROMOTION GUIDELINES

• You may promote through approved channels only
• No spam or unsolicited communications
• No misleading claims about Escort Alley services
• No use of trademarked terms in paid search ads

5. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

• Creating fake accounts or self-referrals
• Using traffic bots or artificial means
• Promoting on illegal or adult-only sites without approval
• Modifying affiliate links or tracking codes

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• Limited license to use approved marketing materials
• No modification of creative assets without permission
• All trademarks remain property of Escort Alley

7. PROGRAM CHANGES

Escort Alley reserves the right to modify these terms, commission rates, or program features at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of changes.

8. TERMINATION

• Either party may terminate with written notice
• Outstanding commissions will be paid if above threshold
• All affiliate links must be removed upon termination
